Terms of Service

Welcome to LustWatch. By accessing or using lustnight.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About LustWatch

LustWatch is a digital streaming platform offering movies, TV shows, VJ content and other entertainment to users in East Africa. The Service is operated from Uganda and is available to users in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and other East African countries where we provide service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account and use the Service. By using LustWatch, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accounts may be limited to a maximum number of simultaneous devices depending on your subscription plan. Sharing your account credentials with anyone outside your household is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions

LustWatch offers subscription plans that grant access to the LustWatch catalogue for a defined period. Subscriptions are billed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased period. We do not currently support automatic renewal; you must manually renew your plan to continue accessing subscription content. Access to subscriber-only titles ends the moment your subscription expires.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are issued for partially used periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Rentals

Certain titles may be available for individual rental. When you rent a movie:

• The rental period starts the first time you press play — not at the time of purchase.
• You will have unlimited access to that movie for the duration of the rental window (typically 48 hours).
• After the rental window expires, you must rent the title again to continue watching.

Rental prices are displayed before purchase. All payments are final unless the rental cannot be delivered due to a technical fault on our side.

6. Purchases

Some titles may be available for permanent digital purchase. When you purchase a movie:

• You obtain a limited, non-transferable digital viewing licence to watch the title on LustWatch, subject to continued availability of the title on the platform.
• Purchases are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.
• A purchase does not expire, even if your subscription lapses.
• Purchases do not grant ownership of the copyright or any rights to redistribute, download for commercial use, or publicly screen the content.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized mobile money providers, including MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money, via our payment gateway partner PesaJet. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of your mobile money provider.

Payments are final once processed. We do not store your mobile money PIN or full payment details.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Rentals: no refunds once playback has started, unless the content failed to play for technical reasons on our side.
• Purchases: refundable only within 24 hours of purchase and only if playback has not been started.
• Subscriptions: no partial refunds for unused periods.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, redistribute, or publicly perform any content from LustWatch.
• Use screen recording or streaming software to capture content.
• Attempt to bypass our payment, access, or playback systems.
• Share your account credentials, or use accounts that do not belong to you.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without a written agreement.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content through the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

10. Content Availability

Our catalogue changes over time. A title may be removed due to licensing agreements, publisher requests, or business decisions. If you have purchased a title that is later removed, we will attempt to notify you in advance, but we are not obligated to refund the purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on LustWatch is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights beyond the limited viewing licence described in these Terms. All trademarks, logos, and brand names used in connection with the Service belong to their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

We aim to make LustWatch available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LustWatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to all content unless you have a valid purchase that remains available.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
